Yum Yum Green Smoothie
Another good smoothie experiment today:
1 orange (not the peel, but everything else :-))
1 small piece peeled ginger
3 frozen strawberries
1 stalk of kale
6 ice cubes
1 - 1.5 cups coconut water
Optional:
1 tbsp bee pollen
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp protein powder
1 tsp spirulina powder
Pile it all into the vita-mixer and blend.

Buddha Bowl With Living Dressing
So, this recipe is kind of a combo/modification from two sources, Kris Carr’s Crazy Sexy Diet and Chris Wark’s http://chrisbeatcancer.com site. Two Kris/Chris-es and two great resources for fighting cancer.

Today's Smoothie
Today’s smoothie looks absolutely disgusting (it’s basically brown) but it tastes fantastic. So drink without looking. :-)
1 small orange, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1 big stalk of kale
1 cup almond milk
Add-ins:
1 tbsp bee pollen
1 tbsp spirulina
1 tbsp protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
Put it all in the vita-mix and blend!
