Creamy Green Smoothie
I made this smoothie for breakfast, it was good! Different from my usual, but I liked it a lot.
a few ice cubes
1/2 avocado
1 large kale stalk
1/2 small cucumber
1 tbsp bee pollen
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp protein powder
1 tbsp spirulina
1 cup almond milk
Put everything in the Vita-mix and blend!
