Breakfast smoothie this morning:
- fresh carrot celery juice (about 1 cup)
- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 1 stalk kale
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tbsp bee pollen
- 3 ice cubes
