Commonweal
I recently spent an incredible week at Commonweal at the Cancer Help Program. I feel so blessed to have been able to participate. Everyone there - the retreat staff as well as the program coordinators - is amazing.
We did a lot of hard work, ate delicious food, cried a lot, and had a lot of fun. What struck me the most is that amidst the pain of cancer, everyone still has joy in their lives. And everyone there is committed to living life to the fullest during the time we have on this planet, however long that is.
I am honored to know these people and so grateful to the amazing people who created this program. Thank you.
